All cancellations must be made through the same platform or channel used for booking. A valid booking ID is mandatory for processing any cancellation request.

Cancellations made **7 days or more before the check-in date** are eligible for a full refund, excluding payment gateway or service charges.

Cancellations made **between 3 to 6 days before arrival** will be charged **50% of the total booking amount** as a cancellation fee.

Cancellations made **within 48 hours of the check-in date**, or in case of a no-show, will be charged **100% of the booking amount**, with no refund applicable.

Date modifications are subject to room availability and may incur additional charges depending on seasonal rates.

Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7–10 working days. Refund timelines may vary based on bank or payment method.
